Where we ship

We deliver within Egypt and to international destinations. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

We process orders after payment is confirmed, or after we confirm a cash on delivery order. We will give you an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, courier delays, public holidays and other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you pay.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for orders delivered within Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives. We may contact you to confirm your order before we dispatch it.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send you tracking information or the courier's contact details by email or message.

Checking your parcel

Please check your parcel when it is delivered. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, take photos and contact us promptly so we can help. Please keep all packaging until you are sure you are keeping the watch.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we may charge the shipping cost to send it again.

International orders, customs and duties

International parcels may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will work with the courier to locate it.
